Dear Parents,
November is sure to be a busy month here at preschool. We start off with conferences on Nov. 1st and 5th. Attached is a copy of the conference sign up sheet to serve as a reminder. Remember that your child will only come to school on the day of your conference. Please remember we need to stay on schedule to allow enough time for all conferences. We are looking forward to sharing your thoughts and ideas.
During this month the children will also enjoy a Thanksgiving Feast. Our feast will be on Monday, November 22. Look for a sign up sheet posted in our hallway news area if you would like to volunteer items for the feast.
As our mornings are getting chillier, please remember to dress your child for the weather. As long as the temperature is not too cold and the playground is dry, we will head outdoors to play.

Nov. 2 & 6 – Conference Week. Review of shapes and colors.
Nov. 9 &13 – Fall Harvest. The children will have the opportunity to paint with vegetables and cooking utensils as we begin discussing our upcoming feast.
Nov. 16 & 20 – Native Americans and Pilgrims. This week we will create our Native American necklaces and headdresses to wear for our feast.
Nov. 23 – Thanksgiving Feast
Nov. 27 – No School
Nov. 30 - Begin Christmas holiday unit.
