Dear Parents:
We have now arrived into the holiday season! This is always a fun time at preschool.
We will begin the month with conferences. Please remember that the children in the Mon/Wed class will only come to school on the day of your conference. This is because of the teacher/student ratio. The children in the Friday class will attend both days due to this class only meeting one day a week. Mrs. Burke and Mrs. Shultz will talk with your children about their families with the help of each child’s “family book” at school. Thank you for all the pictures. The children really enjoy sharing them with us and each other.
After conference week, we will start out by reading “Thanksgiving is for giving thanks”. We will talk about when to say thank you and who and what they are thankful for. We will continue to talk about Fall, our cooler weather and leaves. We will do many crafts with leaves and expect lots of turkeys to come home. On Nov. 19th & 22nd, we will make corn muffins in class and have them for snack. The children always love this! Our break is Nov 24th – 26th.
